Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic WFH AI Support Representative to join our growing remote team. This role focuses exclusively on providing exceptional text and email-based support to users interacting with our cutting-edge AI products and services. You will be the frontline for user inquiries, offering guidance, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring a seamless experience without direct phone interaction. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and accurately via text-based chat and email, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide clear, concise, and helpful solutions to questions related to AI product features, functionality, and common issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions meticulously within our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Contribute to the improvement of support resources and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with new AI product releases, features, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in navigating and using various software applications and online tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Empathy and patience when assisting users with diverse technical backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI technologies or machine learning concepts.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Previous remote work experience.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
