Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH Client Success Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing specifically on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve optimal success with their digital marketing initiatives powered by GMP. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide expert guidance on GMP tools (including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Tag Manager), and help them maximize their ROI. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients utilizing the Google Marketing Platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into effective GMP strategies.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and best practices guidance on various GMP products.
- Monitor client campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., media buyers, strategists, analysts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients.
- Proactively identify client needs and potential growth areas for additional services or platform features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GMP updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing operations.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Google Marketing Platform products, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to client challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with other GMP products such as Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, or Campaign Manager 360.
- Prior experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
