Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Fast Food Facility Support team member to ensure our restaurant in Kelham Island, Sheffield, maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is crucial for creating a positive and safe experience for both our customers and our team. You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, from dining areas to kitchen support and restrooms, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. We offer weekly pay and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior premises.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils according to health and safety standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal effectively.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and periodic maintenance as required.
- Ensure a clean and presentable appearance of the restaurant at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliability and punctuality.
