Job Description
We are seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented WFH Customer Liaison to join our remote team. In this professional written role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support through various written communication channels, including email, chat, and secure messaging. This position requires exceptional writing skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while delivering outstanding customer service from your home office. You will act as the primary point of contact for complex or sensitive customer interactions, ensuring all correspondence is clear, concise, and accurately reflects Barclays’ commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and service requests via email, chat, and internal messaging systems.
- Draft clear, concise, and professional written communications to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all communications.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline written communication processes.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to services or products.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proven ability to compose professional, empathetic, and clear responses.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication platforms.

- Experience in a customer service or administrative role requiring significant written interaction.
