Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Driver Behaviour Labeler to join our Autonomous Vehicle Safety team in Cardiff. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately annotating and labeling complex real-world driving data, specifically focusing on identifying and categorizing human driver behaviour. Your work directly contributes to training and validating Wayve’s AI models, ensuring the safety, reliability, and human-like understanding of our autonomous vehicles. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a commitment to data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely annotate video and sensor data, identifying key objects, events, and driver actions relevant to autonomous driving systems.
- Categorize and segment various aspects of human driver behaviour, including decision-making, intention, and interaction with the environment.
- Adhere strictly to established labeling guidelines and quality standards, providing consistent and accurate annotations.
- Perform quality control checks on labeled data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and researchers to refine labeling guidelines and improve data quality.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring exceptional data accuracy.
- Stay updated on project requirements and changes in labeling protocols.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent concentration and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately over sustained periods.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Basic understanding of traffic laws and driving scenarios.

- Valid UK driving license and experience driving.
