Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and enjoy exploring local businesses? Ipsos is seeking enthusiastic Professional Mystery Shoppers to join our team across Indianapolis and its surrounding suburbs. This flexible contract role allows you to evaluate customer service, product quality, and store environments, providing valuable feedback that helps our clients improve their services. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences without prior experience needed – just a keen eye and a commitment to objectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service providers, etc.) in your local area.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience based on project guidelines.
- Interact with staff as a regular customer, maintaining anonymity throughout the visit.
- Accurately and promptly complete detailed online reports after each visit, providing objective feedback and adhering to project deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
Required Skills
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and meticulously.
- Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency for online reporting.

- Access to reliable transportation for travel to various locations within Indianapolis and its suburbs.
