Job Description
Jiffy Lube is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lube Shop Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Richmond Hill, ON. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive care, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic service environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you master the skills needed to excel in this role. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-tier vehicle maintenance and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections including fluid checks, tire pressure, and filter replacements.
- Assist lead technicians with various automotive services as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Greet customers warmly, communicate service needs, and answer basic questions.
- Operate shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Learn and apply new automotive service techniques and best practices.
