Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough End of Tenancy Deep Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Roanoke, VA. This role is crucial in preparing properties for new occupants, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. You will be provided with a company van for transportation to various client locations and will benefit from a flexible work schedule tailored to your needs. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties after tenants have vacated, adhering to strict checklists and quality standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, including appliances, fixtures, floors, and surfaces.
- Undertake specialized tasks such as oven cleaning, interior window cleaning, and detailed dusting.
- Safely operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within specified timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
- Represent Merry Maids of Roanoke professionally and courteously at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
