Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive training program to master Sky's products, sales techniques, and CRM systems.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Sky's broadband, TV, and mobile services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets under the guidance of your team leader.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and data protection guidelines.
- Participate actively in team meetings and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.

- A strong desire to learn and develop sales expertise.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort using various software applications.
