Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart a career in a fast-paced logistics environment? Amazon is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Picker, specializing in Voice Guided Tech Training. In this role, you will be trained on cutting-edge voice technology to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center. Key Responsibilities
- Operate voice-guided picking systems to locate and retrieve inventory items accurately.
- Ensure all picked items match order specifications and quality standards.
- Efficiently package items for shipment, maintaining a fast pace while upholding quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English.
- Basic computer literacy for system interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 49 pounds safely.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or voice-picking technology (a plus, but not required).
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
