Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their financial needs.
  • Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Open new accounts and services, guiding customers through the application process.
  • Educate customers on various banking products and services, such as checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and digital banking tools.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialized financial advisors for more complex needs (e.g., mortgages, investments).
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
