Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Professional to join our growing team in Edmonton. This is a high-earning role designed for individuals who are passionate about sales, skilled in building rapport, and relentless in achieving targets. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, presenting our compelling solutions, and closing deals to drive significant revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and effectively present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to close.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to track all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and persistent with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling B2B services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations or BPO services.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
