Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Newsletter Creator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and deploying engaging weekly email newsletters that inform, inspire, and convert our audience. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize email performance. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent email newsletters using our in-house platform and external design tools.
- Write compelling and concise copy for newsletter content, ensuring clear calls to action and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content strategists and marketing specialists to plan newsletter themes, topics, and segmentation strategies.
- Schedule and deploy weekly newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to email best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design elements to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure all newsletters comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email regulations.
- Maintain an organized archive of past newsletters and campaign assets.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
- Strong graphic design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices and analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
