Job Description

Netflix is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Feedback Assistants. In this crucial part-time role, you will provide valuable opinions and insights on a variety of Netflix content, user interface features, and overall platform experience, all from the comfort of your home. Your feedback will directly influence content development, user experience improvements, and strategic decisions, ensuring Netflix continues to deliver world-class entertainment to millions globally. Key Responsibilities
- Watch and critically evaluate a diverse range of Netflix content (films, series, documentaries, games).
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable written or verbal feedback on content quality, appeal, and potential improvements.
- Test new features, user interface designs, and platform functionalities, reporting on usability and experience.
- Participate in online surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions as required.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding unreleased content and proprietary information.
- Maintain consistent and reliable internet access to perform remote tasks effectively.
- Communicate insights clearly and concisely, contributing to data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
