Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH EA Content Strategist – Junior Level WFH to join our dynamic team. This unique remote role combines executive administrative support with foundational content strategy tasks, working directly with a senior executive to streamline communications and enhance our digital presence. You will play a crucial role in managing executive schedules, preparing reports, and assisting in the development and execution of content plans. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive, including calendar management, travel coordination (when applicable), and expense reporting.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research to support content initiatives and identify industry trends and best practices.
- Support the planning and scheduling of content production, ensuring timely delivery across various platforms.
- Manage and organize digital assets and content repositories.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and various internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Monitor content performance metrics and assist in generating insights for optimization.
- Help maintain brand consistency and voice across all executive-led communications.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic understanding of content creation principles and digital marketing.
