Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Upstream Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Schaumburg, IL. This entry-level position is specifically designed for individuals aspiring to a management career within the upstream oil and gas sector. As a Junior Upstream Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of field operations, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our business. You will work closely with experienced field teams and management, learning operational best practices, safety protocols, and client relations, with a clear pathway for professional growth and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior field coordinators in planning daily operational logistics, including equipment and personnel deployment.
  • Monitor ongoing field activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to field operations, inventory, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including supply chain, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Support the resolution of operational challenges and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in safety briefings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency under the guidance of experienced managers.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of field operations.
