Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of VIP Google clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively monitor client accounts, anticipating potential issues and offering preventative solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for a wide range of Google products and services, including G Suite, Google Ads, Google Cloud, and more.
- Handle complex inquiries, technical issues, and escalations with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal Google teams and Concentrix support specialists to ensure seamless problem resolution.
- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and optimization strategies to maximize their use of Google products.
- Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service, account management, or VIP client relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand new software and platforms.
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a 100% remote work environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Google products (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Ads, Google Cloud).
- Experience in a tech support or digital advertising role.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to Google's global client base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
