Job Description

Are you meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating order out of chaos? TD Bank Group is seeking a dedicated Home Admin Sorter to join our virtual team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our digital workspaces and administrative processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage digital files, sort communications, and streamline virtual workflows from a home office environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our virtual office operates smoothly, allowing our teams to focus on core tasks without administrative overhead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently sort, categorize, and archive digital documents and communications.
  • Manage and organize virtual shared drives, cloud storage, and internal platforms.
  • Monitor incoming digital correspondence and delegate as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining digital calendars and scheduling virtual meetings.
  • Identify and implement improvements to virtual administrative processes.
  • Prepare simple digital reports and summaries as requested.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all virtual administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with various remote teams to understand their organizational needs.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a virtual workload effectively.
