Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the daily movement of vehicles and drivers to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and optimize routes to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding schedules and potential issues.
- Utilize transport management systems to track shipments and update status.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues, such as delays or breakdowns, in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and driver hours.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in traffic management processes.
