Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Chauffeur Associate. Key Responsibilities
- Complete and excel in a comprehensive 100% safety and driver training program.
- Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport passengers to various destinations on schedule, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and entry/exit from the vehicle as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL not required for initial hire, but ability to obtain one may be preferred for advancement).
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist with luggage.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in customer service or a service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with the Topeka metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Experience with GPS and navigation systems.
