Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a Chauffeur Associate. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and excel in a comprehensive 100% safety and driver training program.
  • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Transport passengers to various destinations on schedule, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and entry/exit from the vehicle as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and special requests in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL not required for initial hire, but ability to obtain one may be preferred for advancement).
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist with luggage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a service-oriented role.
  • Familiarity with the Topeka metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
  • Experience with GPS and navigation systems.
