Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing, analyzing, and providing feedback on AI models and applications to ensure they align with our ethical guidelines and safety standards. No prior professional experience in AI ethics is required, though a foundational understanding and strong interest are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI models and applications for potential ethical risks, biases, and safety concerns.
- Analyze AI outputs and behaviors against predefined ethical frameworks and internal guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to AI development teams on identified issues.
- Participate in discussions to refine and improve AI ethics and safety evaluation methodologies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in AI ethics, fairness, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and policy experts, to integrate ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle.
