Job Description

Join Speedy Glass as a Mobile Glass Polisher, focusing on ensuring optimal road vision for our valued customers in Edmonton. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and aesthetics of vehicle glass. You will be responsible for traveling to client locations, assessing glass damage, and expertly polishing and restoring windshields and other vehicle glass to remove minor scratches, haziness, and imperfections. We seek an individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering excellent mobile service. Full training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in our specialized techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations throughout Edmonton to provide mobile glass polishing services.
  • Inspect vehicle glass for chips, scratches, haziness, and other imperfections.
  • Perform meticulous polishing and restoration of windshields, side windows, and rear windows using specialized tools and compounds.
  • Educate customers on proper glass care and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and process payments efficiently.
  • Ensure all equipment and company vehicle are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, including standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing, glass repair, or a related field.
