Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of package sorting operations and management principles.
- Learn and apply FedEx Ground safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Shadow experienced managers to understand daily operational flow, resource allocation, and team supervision.
- Assist in supervising package handlers, ensuring efficient sorting, loading, and unloading processes.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Develop skills in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
