Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 14-year-old looking for your very first job? Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is seeking energetic Teen Event Ushers to join our casual team at local sports grounds in Lakewood, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of exciting community events, learn valuable customer service skills, and earn money in a fun and active environment. As an Usher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at various sporting events and community gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests to their seats and facilities with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, facilities, and general event procedures.
- Monitor assigned sections for any issues, such as spilled drinks, safety hazards, or disruptive behavior, and report them to supervisors.
- Assist guests with special needs, including accessibility seating and general assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in designated seating areas and common spaces.
- Distribute programs, flyers, or other materials as required.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate event venues.
