Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant support team as a Google Support Team Member. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support and assistance to users via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and user feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior support specialists and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and common issues.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Identify trends in user issues and suggest improvements to products or processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software.
