Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients with their nutritional needs, including feeding and monitoring intake.
- Observe, monitor, and record patients' conditions, escalating concerns to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and tidy ward environment.
- Help patients with movement and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and hospital policies.
- Support the nursing team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
