Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support patients with their nutritional needs, including feeding and monitoring intake.
  • Observe, monitor, and record patients' conditions, escalating concerns to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy ward environment.
  • Help patients with movement and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and hospital policies.
  • Support the nursing team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
