Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated WFH Apple Records Management Aide with a strong focus on Digital Data to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in organizing, maintaining, and processing digital records crucial to Apple’s operations. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a high degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital data management best practices. You will ensure the integrity, accessibility, and security of our digital assets, supporting various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and digital record updates across various platforms.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy records to new digital systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization.
  • Respond to requests for information and records, ensuring secure and authorized access.
  • Implement and adhere to data retention and destruction schedules for digital information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent record-keeping practices.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to digital data integrity.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital data management and record-keeping principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including experience with office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Apple iWork).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
