Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend VIP Lounge Host to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere within our VIP Lounge, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and a seamless experience. This part-time role offers high-end opportunities for individuals passionate about luxury service and creating unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival at the lounge.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the VIP Lounge at all times.
  • Monitor and restock food and beverage offerings, ensuring premium quality and presentation.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints gracefully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and luxurious guest journey.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
