Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Care Specialist to join our Microsoft Customer Care team. This is a 100% remote position focused exclusively on written correspondence. You will be responsible for providing world-class support to Microsoft customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through various digital channels such as email, chat, and support tickets. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer support through written channels (email, chat, ticketing system) only, without any phone interaction.
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and empathetically in written form.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and support procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing prompt, professional, and effective solutions.

Required Skills
