Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Branding Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team with a special focus on Netflix’s global image. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the intricacies of brand management, content marketing, and global communication within a fast-paced entertainment industry leader. You will support the branding team in executing strategies that maintain and enhance Netflix’s reputation and appeal across diverse international markets, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance in all our branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of global branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in brand positioning.
- Support the creation of compelling brand assets, including presentations, guidelines, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, PR) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and compile reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Help manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring all brand materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Research and track cultural nuances and sensitivities relevant to global brand communications.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new branding strategies and creative concepts.
- Provide administrative support to the branding team as needed.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in marketing, branding, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other widely spoken languages.
