Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated WFH Order Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently into our systems. This is a crucial position that supports our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer order data into the company's internal systems.
- Verify order details, pricing, and quantities to prevent errors.
- Communicate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve discrepancies or clarify order information.
- Maintain updated and organized records of all processed orders.
- Assist with data clean-up and database management tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data entry and confidentiality.
- Process cancellations, returns, and modifications as required.
- Generate reports on order status and data entry accuracy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
