Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented T-Shirt Screen Printing Catcher to join our bustling production team in Dundee. This entry-level role is crucial to our screen printing operation, as you will be responsible for catching printed garments as they exit the dryer line. This position requires a keen eye for quality, a fast pace, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in textile manufacturing with no prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and carefully catch printed t-shirts and other apparel as they exit the drying conveyor.
- Inspect each garment for print quality, accuracy, and any defects immediately after drying.
- Stack or fold finished garments neatly according to company standards and job specifications.
- Assist with packing and boxing completed orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace around the dryer line.
- Communicate effectively with other production team members, including screen printers and quality control staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Help with general clean-up and maintenance tasks within the production area.
