Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Product Lister to join our growing team. This is a flexible, 100% remote position perfect for individuals who are highly organized and can work independently. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately list products on our various e-commerce platforms using existing data and templates. This role involves significant data entry, copy and paste tasks, and ensuring product information is consistent and appealing to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transfer product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images, from source documents to e-commerce platforms.
- Perform 'copy and paste' operations efficiently to populate product listings.
- Ensure all product listings are free of errors and conform to brand guidelines and platform standards.
- Update existing product listings with new information, pricing, or inventory changes as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and product databases.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and resolve listing discrepancies.
- Manage a high volume of product listings while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and daily listing targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive product and company information.
- Provide feedback on process improvements for product listing efficiency.
