Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system efficiently.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist with inventory management and retail product display as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Support salon staff and management with various administrative tasks.
