Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments), and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate U.S. Bank products and services, such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Open new accounts, process loan applications, and assist customers with digital banking solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of bank products, services, and compliance regulations.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
- Actively participate in branch sales activities and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
