Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security and compliance procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant Wells Fargo products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products, services, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, debit card services, and online banking support.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with banking software or systems (not required, but a plus).
