Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security and compliance procedures.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant Wells Fargo products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products, services, and procedures.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, debit card services, and online banking support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
