Job Description

Kids & Company is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Daycare Aide to join our Vancouver team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead educators in daily classroom activities and routines.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Help organize and prepare educational materials and activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children with personal care needs, such as toileting and handwashing.
  • Communicate effectively with lead educators regarding children's progress and needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
