Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to new hires, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their customer service roles. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our team’s success. You will lead virtual training sessions, develop engaging course materials, and provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage adult learners in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new customer service representatives.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and tools.
- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, role-playing, and practical application exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to new hires, identifying areas for improvement and reinforcement.
- Update and maintain training materials to reflect current policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with operations managers and quality assurance teams to identify training needs and improve agent performance.
- Monitor trainee progress and report on key metrics related to onboarding success.
- Stay current with industry trends and adult learning methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home office space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in adult learning or instructional design.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
