Job Description

Join ADP as a Virtual Onboarding Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new clients adopting our HR technology solutions. This 100% remote position offers flexible daytime hours, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the initial setup of ADP platforms, providing training, resolving issues, and ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage our tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions with new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation of ADP's HR technology platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive training on various features and functionalities, ensuring clients are proficient in using the system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from sale to active use.
  • Document client interactions, progress, and feedback meticulously within our CRM system.
  • Develop and update onboarding materials, guides, and FAQs to enhance the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the virtual onboarding process and contribute to best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience in client onboarding, customer success, or technical support roles, preferably within an HR Tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
  • A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with ADP products or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or project management.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging and effective virtual training sessions.
