Job Description
Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience in a professional healthcare setting? Tri-Cities Dental Center is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Dental Office Aide to join our front office team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain and organize patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding their visits.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide general support to the dental team as needed.
- Adhere to all office policies and HIPAA regulations.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school or college, or a recent graduate.
