Job Description
As a Part-time Order Filler for our Weekend E-commerce Warehouse in Raleigh, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role is perfect for individuals seeking consistent weekend work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order sheets using scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy and quality control before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or carts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Basic computer and scanning device operation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or e-commerce environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
