Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Web Navigation Labeler with a strong UX Research focus to join our remote team. In this 100% work-from-home role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the accuracy and relevance of our web navigation and search capabilities. You will meticulously evaluate and label various web elements, contributing directly to the data that informs our user experience improvements and machine learning models. Your insights will help shape how users discover and interact with information across Google’s platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive browsing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and label web navigation elements, search results, and other data points according to detailed guidelines.
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and potential areas for improvement in web navigation and information architecture.
- Provide constructive feedback to refine labeling guidelines and improve annotation tools.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all labeling tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with UX researchers and other team members to ensure data quality and project goals are met.
- Stay informed about updates to guidelines and project requirements, adapting quickly to changes.

- Experience working with complex guidelines and adapting to changes.
- Basic understanding of HTML or web page structures.
