Job Description
Are you 17 years old, looking for a high-paying summer job, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry? Turner Construction Company is seeking motivated and hardworking teens to join our team as Construction Laborers for the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes, develop valuable skills, and contribute to significant projects in the Chula Vista area. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks on construction sites.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying materials, digging, and clearing debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
- Learn and adhere to construction best practices.
