Job Description

Join our dedicated remote support team as a Chat & Email only specialist for FedEx Ground. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing exceptional service through written communication channels. This is a crucial position for ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction without the need for phone calls. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information efficiently and professionally, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, shipping services, and general company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
