Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and test cases across various EA Sports titles on multiple platforms.
- Accurately identify, document, and report software defects (bugs) using our internal tracking tools.
- Verify bug fixes and regressions to ensure issues are resolved correctly without introducing new problems.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on gameplay, features, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with QA Leads, Producers, and Developers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to established testing protocols, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong passion for video games, especially sports titles (e.g., FIFA, Madden NFL, NHL).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with console gaming platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with different game genres and basic understanding of game development cycles.
