Job Description
Join the Anthropologie team as a Part-time Sales Associate, focusing on weekend shifts within our vibrant boutique mall location in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion, home decor, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in creating an inviting atmosphere, assisting customers with their styling needs, and contributing to the overall success of our sales goals. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always inspiring and well-organized.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and restocking merchandise.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and store events.
