Job Description

Join Cardinal Health as an Entry Level Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist in our fast-paced warehouse environment in Oxnard, CA. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing pharmaceutical products for shipment, ensuring that vital medications reach patients and healthcare providers on time. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and retrieve pharmaceutical products according to order specifications.
  • Safely and efficiently pack items for shipment, adhering to all packaging and labeling guidelines.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or other material handling equipment, after proper training.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of orders and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocking shelves and performing cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
