Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Remote Customer Support Auditor to join our distributed team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing customer support interactions across various channels (chat, email, phone) to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our customer service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable feedback to support agents and leadership. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office with your laptop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of customer support interactions (calls, chats, emails) against established quality guidelines and compliance protocols.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of non-compliance in agent performance and interaction handling.
  • Provide constructive, objective, and timely feedback to customer support agents and team leaders to drive performance improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of audit findings, quality scores, and agent performance data.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to develop and refine quality assurance processes and training materials.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality scoring across the auditing team.
  • Report on key quality metrics and present insights to management regarding customer service performance and areas of risk.
  • Stay informed about updates to company policies, product information, and industry best practices relevant to customer support and auditing.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, quality assurance, or auditing role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant auditing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with remote work environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in customer service operations.
  • Experience providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets for data analysis.
