Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead educators in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and programs.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meal times, and nap times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children's daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with lead educators and parents regarding children's progress and needs.
  • Observe and document children's behavior and development, contributing to assessment reports.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions to enhance early education knowledge.

  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
  • Previous experience (paid or volunteer) in a child care setting.
  • Currently enrolled in or pursuing an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program.
