Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our bustling distribution center in Madison, WI. This full-time position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week, providing stability and consistent work. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping invoices.
- Efficiently stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc., if certified).
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
